Eligibility for Returns and Store Credit
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong Item Received: If the item you received is different from what you ordered.
- Damaged Item: If the product is damaged upon delivery.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind or dislike the product.
- Returns will not be accepted for items with missing stones or damage due to improper handling.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
1. You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video as proof of the issue. This video should:
- Clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
- Display the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Highlight the issue (e.g., wrong item or damage).
2. The video must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Refund Method
- Approved returns will receive Store Credit equal to the purchase amount.
- Store Credit can be used on future purchases and does not expire.
Prepaid Shipping Labels for Returns
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Please print the label and securely attach it to the return package.
- Drop off the package at the designated courier location mentioned in the email.
- Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition.
How to Submit Your Unboxing Video
To start a return request, please fill out our Contact Form within 24 hours of receiving your product.
- Include your order number and mention that you have an unboxing video to submit.
- Our support team will reach out to you with instructions on how to securely share the video.
Return Process
- Submit your unboxing video and return request via our Contact Form within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Once verified, we will send the prepaid shipping label.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue Store Credit to your account.
Important Considerations
- Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be eligible for a return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
