Eligibility for Returns and Store Credit

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Received: If the item you received is different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Item: If the product is damaged upon delivery.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns if you change your mind or dislike the product.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items with missing stones or damage due to improper handling.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

      1. You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video as proof of the issue. This video should:

  • Clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
  • Display the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • Highlight the issue (e.g., wrong item or damage).

      2. The video must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Method

  • Approved returns will receive Store Credit equal to the purchase amount.
  • Store Credit can be used on future purchases and does not expire.

Prepaid Shipping Labels for Returns

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  2. Please print the label and securely attach it to the return package.
  3. Drop off the package at the designated courier location mentioned in the email.
  4. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition.

How to Submit Your Unboxing Video

To start a return request, please fill out our Contact Form within 24 hours of receiving your product.

  • Include your order number and mention that you have an unboxing video to submit.
  • Our support team will reach out to you with instructions on how to securely share the video.

Return Process

  1. Submit your unboxing video and return request via our Contact Form within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Once verified, we will send the prepaid shipping label.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue Store Credit to your account.

Important Considerations

  • Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be eligible for a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
